Throughout the Gundeldingerquartier on May 9, 2026, there will be flea markets organized by locals for locals, as well as other activities. Come by and discover the Gundeliquartier and Basel from a whole new perspective: unique finds and unusual glimpses into backyards and gardens are guaranteed! The individual locations are marked with colored balloons, or you can use the online map to find your way. Let the treasure hunt begin!

"BRING&NIMM" + UMWELT BASEL

If you don’t have the time or inclination to sell your things at the neighborhood flea market, but you feel it’s a shame to throw away items that still work, then the “bring & take” event is a great opportunity for you: part with items you no longer need and make someone else happy with them.

The rules of the game:

• Bring items that are in good condition, in good working order and that you want to give away for free
• We do not accept broken or dirty items.
• Large items can be offered or searched for on our noticeboard with an advertisement.
• Do you like something? Take it, it's yours!
• Acceptance of items may be refused in case of oversupply
• There is no access for cars

This is where little salespeople make it big! In cooperation with Robi-Spiel-Aktionen, the Liesbergermatte offers a central location from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm to improve your childrens' funds. Straightforward and without registration. Simply drop by and set up your own stand with children's articles. Stands can be set up from 9:00 am.

FALKENSTEIN CARE CENTER

The Falkenstein Care Center is participating again this year, serving up delicious crêpes. The “Falkensteinerstrasse” stop on bus line 36 is right across the street. The “Mönchsbergerstrasse” stop on tram line 16 is also very close by.

The mobile Xav Café will be there again, serving up delicious coffee and waffles for a tasty snack. Enjoy!

The community flea market at “Gundelidräff” on the corner of Solothurnerstrasse and Güterstrasse warmly welcomes you both indoors and outdoors and is easily accessible via tram 16—the “Solothurnerstrasse” stop is right outside the door.

Neighborhood fleamarkets in Basel are called Quartierflohmis. They are organised by volunteers from the different neighborhoods.
